Break the breakfast norm with the Acai Smoothie Bowl

“It’s peanut butter jelly time, peanut butter jelly time!” πŸ₯œπŸ‡ This Smoothie bowl is the perfect breakfast on a hot summer day! Acai banana smoothie base topped off with berries and nut butter! Super filling and packed with protein that will have you saying Mmmmm and feeling satisfied all day long!

Ingredients:

1 frozen banana

1 frozen acai bar

1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 scoop of vanilla vegan protein

1/4 cup blueberries

2 sliced strawberries (to top)

6 raspberries (to top)

2 tbsp peanut butter (to top)

2 Vanilla Maple coco-roons (to top)

chia seeds (to top)

In a blender add frozen banana, frozen acai bar, almond milk, vegan protein, and blueberries. Blend until smooth. Pour in a bowl and top off with sliced strawberries, raspberries, peanut butter (or almond butter if allergic to peanuts), 2 vanilla maple coco-roons, and chia seeds! Enjoy!
